Yes. Western Brim offers custom hat options for businesses, teams, and organizations looking to create high-quality, personalized designs with your own logo or branding. Our minimum for custom or bulk orders starts at 25+ Units, but we can accommodate larger quantities from 250 even 500 or more 

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

How should I care for my hat or apparel?
Embroidery Hats spot clean hats with mild soap and water and for Leather Hats spot clean with mild soap and water let dry fully and apply a small amount of leather oil — DO NOT MACHINE WASH HATS. For shirts and hoodies, machine wash cold, tumble dry cool and low.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing scales with volume — the larger the order, the more you save per hat.

Can I reorder the same custom design later?
Yes. Once your design is set up in our system, reorders are quick and easy, often shipping faster than your first run.

We use structured, high-quality snapback truckers designed for a clean fit and long-lasting shape. Every hat is embroidered or patched with precision detail.

Our products are designed and finished in the U.S. using premium materials sourced for durability, comfort, and style.

Do you offer design help?
Absolutely. Our design team can help refine your logo or adjust it for the best embroidery or patch finish. A design fee applies to cover setup, edits, and proofing — ensuring your final product meets Western Brim’s quality standards.
